Arie: explained about XML schema driven interface prototype
Jens: if submitted optional parameter must be processed by he server without ignoring and processing, it needs to be another option that client can specify.

owen, arie, jens: like to have a distinction between bulk operation and operation
	e.g. bulk operation: prepareToPut
		operation: each file prepareToPut

arie: we need a volunteer to organize use cases
owen: there is a new SRM developed in Europe. (StoRM)
	talked to them, and they are keen to join us.
