SRM-Tester for SRM v1.1

SRM-Tester for SRM v1.1 is a full implementation of SRM v1.1 as generic SRM v1.1 testing tool, developed by Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory.
It’s a java implementation that would run on any OS platforms.
